There's a $10.00 fee for local travel plus $10.00 for each required signature. Any miles over will be computed at .47 cents per mile rate.
Loan documents are $125.00 plus $10.00 per signature. This is paid at time of service whether loan goes through or not. Some pages may have more than one signatures. For example: Husband and wife, etc.
I prefer cash or checks. No credit cards. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.
Before I arrive make sure you have read all documents and understand them thoroughly. If you change your mind after I get there you are still required to pay for my time and travel expenses.
