I am a mobile notary and Document Signing Agent for Loan Documents/Applications. If you would like anything notarized or obtain borrowers information please call me. I can fill out the 1003 and all the papers that are needed and fax them back or have a courier pick up and return to lender. (Lender should have an account for the courier) I gather all information and W2's, copy of pay stubs and anything else that is needed to complete a loan package. I can also notarize loan documents. If you are looking for someone to travel and obtain this information please call. I will go anytime, if I am available. My hours are flexible. Day and evening hours.

As a Document signing Agent, I charge a flat fee of $125.00, $10.00 for each notarized signature plus milleage .
Printing of documents is extra.
Additonal fees may apply depending on type of service.
I am an independent contractor. I require payment for all services rendered at end of service. I always call to confirm appointment with clients. If clients fail to keep their appointments, $50.00 will be charged for my time. I will include an invoice with the loan package. Email or fax verification will be sent to you once the loan package is completed, faxed or picked up by courier.
